What is there to see under water?

Marine Life of Bonaire

“Bonaire is the fish capital of the Caribbean,”

You can reasonably expect to see some of the following marine life during our sailing trip, while snorkling or from our fully airconditioned glassbottem deck, but weather and sea conditions will have an influence on the number and types of creatures that you will see. Every trip is unique!

Fish seen include colorful Parrot Fish of all varieties like the Princess, Midnight or Stoplight, Blue and Rainbow Parrot Fish.  Angel Fish, like the Queen or French Angelfish, Sergeant Majors, and beautiful Butterfly Fish dot the reef.  Scrawled File Fish Grunts, Tarpons, Trompet Fish Gobies and Groupers. Schools of Doctor Fish, Blue Tangs and Jacks.

Other sea creatures seen include Sea Turtles, the Green turtle and the Hawksbill Turtle, Sting Rays, Eagle Rays and Manta Rays, Moray Eels.  Get lucky and see a Whale Shark, Dolphin Pod or Reef Shark.  There is an abundance of life in the Caribbean Sea.

Bonaire’s waters have so much to explore!
